problem fetching external item behind a proxy/firewall

Hi,

I'm running this command:

svn co http://svn.gnomeslackbuild.org/gsb/trunk gsb

that fetchs externs itens, but when it try to fetch they I get the
following:

Fetching external item into 'gsb/src/mono/podsleuth/podsleuth'
svn: Can't connect to host 'svn.gnome.org': Connection refused

I configure my ~/.subversion/servers to contain the proxy settings of the
company I work on. Without this configuration the first command also fail
with a "Connection refused".

What I want to know is where is the problem or how can I get more
information to discover the problem.

The port 3690 is already opened in the firewall.
