Thanks, pre-commit hook is implemented for tags/branches so that both
admin and read write users can modify

Now I just want to make changes as I requested

This question is asked a lot. Search the archives for the solution. You
will be using pre-commit hooks to do this, and I think there is a sample
pre-commit hook script somewhere in the svn distribution or the
Subversion source repository to help you along.
