Subversion error - svn:ignore

Downloaded the latest windows version of Subversion, and when I try to commit changes, get an error

"org.tigris.subversion.javahl.Client exception: wrong or unexpected property value.
Cannot accept non-LF ending in 'svn:ignore' property."

Is there a fix for this? Running Subversion through Eclipse PHP on windows XP
