Probably another libtool-2 related problem.
I've changed the subject accordingly.

Googling the error message indicates that a lot of people out there
get this error trying to compile various open source projects.

I don't know how to fix this. Maybe Peter Samuelson (in Cc)
knows how to fix it, because it looks like Debian unstable has
libtool-2 and JavaHL packages for Subversion-1.5.
So it has to work somehow.
