Did the server configuration change recently? Can you copy in the relevant
bits from your Apache configuration? If I had to take a blind stab I'd
suspect that SVN might be configured in an Apache virtual host, but
accessing by IP isn't matching this. Thus Apache is serving out something
else instead.
