[report bug] svn cat

Great Company Great People, Fast Execution!

Dear Sir,

I use svn through apache on ver 1.6.1

File name “test.c” was added in rev 15 and deleted in rev 16.

Noew, latest version is 19.

When I type “svn cat http://localhost/svn/repo1/test.c
<http://localhost/svn/repo1/test.c%20-r%2015> -r 15”, Error happens.

But I type “svn cat http://localhost/svn/repo1/test.c@15%e2%80%9d , It works very
well.

Please check and let me know!
