Subversion 1.6.1/1.6.2 update problem

Hello!

I'm having an update problem with subversion subversion-1.5.4 on the
server and subversion 1.6.1/1.6.2 on the client. I
added a new file on the server under linux with the svn command line
client with subversion 1.5.4 but svn update doesn't
update on the client with 1.6.1/1.6.2 on Windows the newly added file.
It's of course seen in the log and svn info is
correct. No special switches were used at checkin time.

Filename is libabc-0.2.3.4-linux.patch

I only found:
