unsubscribe - help

Hello,

I am user of this mailing list and now I want to unsubscribe. I am regularly receiving the mails but when I try to unsubscribe I receive a return message saying "This is to inform you that your recent unsubscribe request was unsuccessful. This is probably because we could find no current subscription in your name."

What do I need to do to unsubscribe from this mailing list?
