500 Internal Server Error after apache server password change

Hello,

We recently lost a key employee. As a result we changed our Apache passwords. Upon doing so it seems our SVN repository will not work. It is throwing this message:

Error: Server sent unexpected return value (500 Internal Server Error) in response to Error: OPTIONS request for 'http://svn.compumatter.com/eanacortes/trunk/src'

Can anyone tell us where in svn config we need to make a change to match the new server password? We are novices in many ways with this software as this employee set it all up.
