Guys,

The problem is solved, the issue was not in SVN, APR, Apache but with... A limitation set by administrator on size of the directory. It couldn't be bigger that 14GB, that's why upload stops always on revision 277878

But the file which is committed in revision 277878 isn;t huge, it's only couple of kbs...
When it goes about exact APR and Apache version I will ask my SVN admin :)

How big is this revision?
If you're using Apache 2.0.x, that means you're probably using APR  
0.9.x, which has a 2 GB file size limit, as I recall. If you updated  
to Apache 2.2.x with APR 1.x, this limit should go away.
