What with: "dump"?

I have no such activity (then cannot really test) to assume and be 100%
sure, but backup might have 1005 if 1005 is commited early enough, even
during the backup process.
Please tell me if I am wrong.

Bad idea in term of productivity.
According to me, using SVN is done with productivity in mind.
Locking people out is a killer of this idea.

PS: You dont have to Cc all those people. Why did you?
