"best" web-svn ?

Hi all

I search some «websvn» application but

        I want web application access through svn not directly access (like trac,
        viewvc) to my svn repository because I've many repository with complexe ACL, and I don't
        like to put in many place those ACL. So I want my subversion server
        manage that.

I don't need many feature, just for view the source (and diff).

Any suggestion ?
