How to obtain the list of changed directories in a revision

From: Sim Tong <sim_tong7_at_yahoo.fr>

I don't have access to the repository
So I can't use "svnlook dirs-changed"

The command "svn log -vq -r <REV> " returns also the files changed.
Is there another command that is accessible from the client and that would return only the changed directories ?

Thx for your help
