Missing ra module

When I do svn --version
svn, version 1.5.5 (r34862)
   compiled Jan 26 2009, 19:45:04

Copyright (C) 2000-2008 CollabNet.
Subversion is open source software, see http://subversion.tigris.org/
This product includes software developed by CollabNet (
http://www.Collab.Net/).

The following repository access (RA) modules are available:

* ra_svn : Module for accessing a repository using the svn network protocol.
  - handles 'svn' scheme
* ra_local : Module for accessing a repository on local disk.
  - handles 'file' scheme

The https ra module is missing and I don't know how to get it to install. I
used the following: ./configure --with-ssl
--with-apr=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apr-1-config
--with-apr-util=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apu-1-config
 --with-neon=/usr/local/bin --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs in the
installation process. Can anyone help?

TIA,

GM
