documentation on using cryptographic services

Hi,

I can't seem to find any documentation on how to use the new cryptographic
services in SVN 1.6.x. Do we have any docs on how to actually employ
 OS X Keychain,
 KDE Wallet,
 Gnome Keyring
and
 Windows' standard cryptography
for local password caching?
