But I'm not using a TFS client, I'm using svnbridge, which maps SVN to
TFS so I don't have to learn a new version control system.

svnsync does *almost* what I want, but for some reason it insists on a
hook being present.

All I want to do is take the revisions in repository A and play them
back into "repository" B without the hook.
