In integration with CCNET, SVN gives error that another process has locked a portion of the file

Once in a while during fresh checkout I get error:

"svn: Error writing log for 'log.2' svn: Can't write to file 'xxxx': The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file

Has anyone experienced this kind of error. Appreciate any help
