RE: Can't create a new repository on Centos 5.2 with SVN 1.6

Are there any known issues with creating an SVN repository on a NFS file
system? That's the only difference I can see between creating the repo
in roots home directory (which is on the servers physical disk) and the
other location I tried, which is an NFS mount point.

This is probably a server configuration issue. If I go to roots home
directory, I can create new repositories to my hearts content. :-(

Accidentally hit sent. :-(

Here's what I see on the server side.

[root_at_srv1 repositories]# svnadmin create repos

svnadmin: database is locked

svnadmin: database is locked

[root_at_srv1 repositories]#

Keep in mind that this is a brand new machine. I have run yum update and
used yum to get all of the dependencies required to build SVN from
source. The only thing I had to do which was slightly worrisome, was to
download the sqlite amalgamation tarball, because the version of sqlite
in the Centos yum repo wasn't the right one for SVN.

Any ideas?

Hey...

Last night I spent a few hours downloading and building SVN 1.6 on a
brand new Centos 5.2 server. This morning, I'm attempting to create a
new repository to migrate my old SVN data into, and svnadmin fails to
create the new repository.
