"Decompression of svndiff data failed"

For some reason, when I do:
svnadmin verify /my/repository

I get "Decompression of svndiff data failed" after revision 53. I am using
SVN 1.5.6. How can I fix this? What is the actual problem? I don't really
understand what is going on. I'm using the FSFS file system.
