removing /tmp/report.tmp

  causes that
   svn --force co file:///home/fodrek/repos/PlazmaCutter/
  does not finish for 90 minutes
  but svnserve crashed again after login

For what it's worth, I'm using 1.5.6 just fine on NetBSD/i386 (xen
really) 4.0ish, with apache and trac. I started with 1.4.? and have
upgraded, and never had any odd behavior.
