Checkin External files

Hi,

I'm using subversion as a backup solution for one of my project.

What i plan to do is:

1. In the folder called designs i have all my CAD drawings. I will checkin all the drawings from this folder to the subversion repository.

2. Any changes to these drawings, i would check it backin to have subversion create versions for me.

So far it is simple and i have completed it.

Now for the enhancement:

some of these drawings are final and have quotations sent to the customer. This quotations are stored in the Quotation folder.

Is there some way i can build a relationship between the two. Such that when i checkin or checkout the drawing the quotation is also checked in / checked out.
