read only access to repo

From: Yu, Brian <byu_at_easyscreen.com>

I've just installed subversion on my machine

I specify the users as stated

Anon-access = read

Auth-access = write

And specify my users in passwd

How do I give some users rw and some read only access?

I tried to use authz file but not sure how to do this
