They're template files, showing the kinds of things you can do. Some
can be used as-is; I use the pre-revprop-changed hook pretty much as
it's written in the template. Others may need changes, such as
changing the paths of the things that are called to the absolute
paths where they exist on your system.

I'm not aware of such a package. Usually, you want to run one
specific hook, so you would never need all the scripts referenced
from the sample templates.
