Nice job on FSFS improvements in 1.6

I built Subversion from the 1.6.x branch this morning to give it a
brief spin. I chose a copy of our primary repository at $JOB as my lab
rat.

The original repository (A svnsync 1.5 mirror of an svn 1.4 original)
is 31100 revisions as FSFS on EXT-3:
1.4 GB

* svn 1.6: svnadmin upgrade; svnadmin pack
This gave me a respectable savings because it was able to 'pack
completed shards':
1.3 GB.

* svn 1.6: svnadmin dump; svnadmin load; svnadmin pack
This gave me even better results because it was able to 'share
multiple common representations':
1.1 GB

I'm quite pleased with the results. Good job.
