get overview on current externals definitions

Hello,
we maintain a zoo of repositories of very different projects and
technologies
and we're using many externals definitions to provide connections
between repos.

The problem is: How to get informed about the current valid externals
definitions?

I wrote a solution using 'svn proplist', it gives a huge text output.

Is there another possibility to get an overview on all references
between repositories?

Is a tool available that provides a graphical map on all references
between repositories?

Thank you very much for any information.

Best Regards
Hartmut
