You can either use the slightly out-dated version of Subversion
which is contained in the normale (open)SUSE distribution or
get much newer versions from the openSUSE build service:

http://software.opensuse.org/search

Unfortunately I can't see in my glassball which parts of
Subversion you want to install on which version open (open)SUSE.
