The answer to your question depends a little bit on what you are
specifically trying to set up.

If you only want a subversion client and/or a subversion server with the
svnserve executable, the base "subversion" package will work.
Additional scripts and samples will come with the subversion-tools
package. If you wish to host through the Apache http service, you will
need to install "subversion-server".

All of this information should have been available to you through ysat
(command-line) or yast2 (gui) and do a simple search for "subversion".
