Yeah, this definitely sucks. We've been trying to feedback the SVN
performance
issues for big wc's for a very long time now.. Now we've identified a
cause
why not try and fix it? i'd take this fix over pretty much all the
other features
being worked in a heartbeat - SVN is so slow at times that keeping my
users from moving to a different tool is a daily challenge :(

would you be open to fixing this in a branch Bert that a few of us
could try?

How many other users would like to see this patch?
