There is the commercial Fisheye
(http://www.atlassian.com/software/fisheye/)tool. Or if you are more
interested in code cross referencing than metadata you might like the
free OpenGrok program: http://opensolaris.org/os/project/opengrok/ It
knows a lot about programs and a little about subversion (you can search
and view history and extract other revisions but it is cumbersome to set
it up for multiple branches and tags).
