reloading CollabNet http-Server

What is the proper way to reload the httpd-config of the httpd-Server that comes along the CollabNet-distribution? The idea is to reload the config without any moment of server unavailability.

Unfortunately, the inetd-script doesn't support the "reload" command, as the standard-httpd-inetd-script does.
