Hi there,

have you take a look into your client configuration .subversion/config
(On windows in own documents / application data / subversion) there does
exist a global-ignores section where you or others of your team can
configure such things....if you really like to....

But this will come up to the problem if some will has e.g. Eclipse in
use and checks out the project it will not working with Eclipse, cause
he has to configure Eclipse first...

My opinion is to put such things into the svn:ignore property...
