Distributed Repositories

Hi,

We have two team each in their own country. Using an unique
repository is very slow, so what I think is to setup local repository
for each team in their own office, then get this two repository
synchronized every night. But I don't know how to do it and whether
or not this is a good practice. Would you give some opinions?
