Re: Repository Backup Problem

Dear all,

I've revived this thread as I face the same issue with an Ubuntu-svn box I
inherited:

trying hotcopy on svn command line 1.3.0 - worked successfully on many
repositories except the most important project. I get this error:

 svnadmin hotcopy /rr/beams /backup_repositories/beams
 svnadmin: Can't open file '/rr/beams/format'

I have compared the file format in several repositories I successfully
copied and there are no differences in content and/or ownership

There are no erroneous spaces in this string, so what am I doing wrong?

All suggestions gratefully received.

Simon.
