Have your tried statsvn? I am not sure if it goes to the level of lines
committed per user per month etc., but it does generate some pretty good
statistics from the repository.

Aside: IMHO, reporting per user commits and number of lines committed are
sometimes counter productive. It will make some to just commit just for the
purpose of stats.
