svnsync init is failing

Hi,

     I going to sync with two repositories (Master and Slave), while
initializing destination machine I am getting message

svnsync: Cannot initialize a repository with content in it

      Please let me know what could be the problem while initialization.

Syntax: svnsync init http://YOURSLAVEBOX/sync/THEREPOSITORY
<http://YOURSLAVEBOX/sync/THEREPOSITORY>
http://YOURMASTERBOX/svn/THEREPOSITORY
<http://YOURMASTERBOX/svn/THEREPOSITORY> --username syncuser --password
syncuserpassword
