1.5.7 conflict resolution issue

Hello,

   
  I found a bug in 1.5.7. When I was editing a conflict, the end of line character was not inserted. Also, the line below that was reformatted (e.g. inserted tabs or extra white space). I saw in the changelog that there was some bug fix due to inserting extra end of line. Looks like it may be removing end of line now.
