Re: svndumpfilter - dealing with copies from outside the filter path

I tried svndumpfilter3 some time ago (
http://furius.ca/pubcode/pub/conf/common/bin/svndumpfilter3.html ),
that is able to "untangle" paths not included.
I had to modify its code a bit to fit my needs. It's a very useful
utility though.
