When it is claimed that Subversion is a compelling replacement for
CVS, you better believe it. Having used both - It is very hard to
find any aspect of CVS that is simpler/easier/or more reliable than
Subversion, and if any such thing were found, it would be quickly
fixed :)

CVS has been obsoleted. Migrating back to it is a very bad move.
