Hi I'm converting my cvs repo to svn by running the following command $cvs2svn --use-cvs --svnrepos /subversion/repo cvsrepo > conversion.log

Please restart this passwith one or more '--encoding' parameters or with'--fallback-encoding'. pass1 indicates examining cvs,v files and it goes ok and then the whole thing crashes in pass2 "cleaning metadata" w/o giving any clues as to what files they're generated from?
