Upgrading SVN Server

Hi,
I have already SVN installed and service is running.
Now I need to run an upgrade to the SVN service.

1. Do I need to stop the SVN service?
2. Should I do uninstall to the previous version of SVN or should I
choose to install the SVN server on the same path as the previous
version installed.
3. I don't want to install the Apache yet. So I remove the Apache Check
box, then I am asked to type the Port number and the SVN_Repository
path, since I have SVN server installed (with 3 repositories) what path
should I choose?

Thanks
