The CollabNet download supports ActiveState Python 2.5. I am not sure
if that is your problem or not, but it looks like you are using 2.6.

Also, the CollabNet download did not support ViewVC in 1.4.x packages
so if you were using it before and have now switched to the CollabNet
package, there could be some general differences in the setup. I am
assuming you chose to install ViewVC when you installed the CollabNet
Subversion server package.
