SVN update on locked files causes file to change creation date

From: Wolf, Heiko <HWolf_at_PSI.DE>

Hi there,

when I get a lock on a file and then run svn update on the folder
containing this locked file, the creation date of the file is changed
(without changing the content of the file itself), but only when the
file has the property "svn:keywords Author Date Revision".

Is there a way to switch off this behaviour (via svn or TortoiseSVN?)

Cheers,
Heiko
