Spam filtering is entirely separate, this is once you have a clean input.

I don't think you quite read what I wrote :-). If I have an svn
repository with a number of projects, possibly a great number then all
of the svn commit mail will have the same relative headers or listids.
Then you have to filter on part of the subject which gives you the path
of the project. I'm not aware of being able to change commit mail
list-ids on a path basis, perhaps that is something I should look into.
