http://subversion.tigris.org/getting.html

says there are 64 bit client binaries available on
http://www.sliksvn.com/en/download

So you can run svn as a native 64 bit process. (I wouldn't recommend it, but
I do use these binaries myself to test the 64 bit support).

The Slik distribution is a client only distribution and I don't expect any
64 bit server packages before apache starts producing a 64 bit webserver for
windows.

Note that BDB repositories of 32 bit and 64 bit processes are /not/
compatible!

Thanks,

        Bert
