release notes for 1.5.1 and 1.5.2?

   do the 1.5 release notes for svn
(http://subversion.tigris.org/svn_1.5_releasenotes.html) include any
new features added in subsequent 1.5.x releases (1.5.1, 1.5.2, etc).
i'm not sure if minor svn releases allow new features, or whether that
sort of thing has to wait for the next 1.x -> 1.y release.

   i ask since i'm about to pitch the idea of an upgrade from 1.4.3 to
1.5.2 on a corporate server, and i'll use the release notes to point
out all the nifty, wicked cool goodies they'll be getting; i just want
to make sure i get them *all*. thanks.
