[bug] svnserve+sasl anonymous access

Hello!

If svnserve configured with anon-access=read and use-sasl=true,
then it's impossible to anonymously access the repo.
Svnserve asks for login & password every time. There is no way to
tell it that we want anonymous access.

PS: I'm using SASL+LDAP auxprop
