Subversion is not a GUI software, so there is no update dialog, or
any other dialog. If you are seeing dialogs, you must be using a GUI
Subversion client such as TortoiseSVN or Subclipse and you could ask
on the list of that project if they can add this...

However they just use the Subversion libraries and the Subversion
libraries just tell you what files were updated, not who made the
change. So I don't think it will be possible for them to implement
your request.
