Switching svnsync process from http to svn protocol

I have set up a svnsync process from repo A to repo B I.e ³

(a) svnsync synchronize http://repoB http://repoA

Then I run

svnsync synchronize http://repoB

The question now is now can I now start resynchronizing using the ³svn²
protocol instead of using ³http² -- Example: svnsync synchronize
svn://repoB .
As I know this information is stuck into rev# 0 of the destination
repository when I initially set this up.

Cheers
