Bugzilla 2.x is straightforward, I've got a well-tested script here:
http://www.telegraphics.com.au/svn/svn_bz/trunk/

I will be trying to adapt this to Bz 3.x soon.

Yes, I've used Svn and Trac together, works very well (the commit
hook is part of the Trac distribution).
