Code CheckIn from Local SVN to Remote SVN

Hi ,

I am using SVN through eclipse.

We have two SVN repositories.

Now we want to transfer data from one SVN to another SVN at regular
intervals.

Currently we are doing, export the SVN contents and overwrite it to
another SVN every time.

It is time consuming process and also not very much advisable. Since we
are overwriting every time.

So, please specify any other best practice for the above one.
